Cancellation Policy

Standard Inventory Products: Orders for standard catalog valves may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the goods have not been crated or dispatched with the carrier.

Engineered & Custom-Calibrated Valves: Orders involving customized set-pressures, special trims (SS304, SS316, Alloy 20, Duplex), non-standard flange drilling, or fitted electrical/pneumatic actuators are non-cancellable once the manufacturing Work Order (W.O.) and material procurement have commenced.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation notices must be formally transmitted via official company email citing the Purchase Order (P.O.) number and Work Order number.
