Warranty, Guarantee & Testing Policy

Guarantee Scope: All valves manufactured by FLUIDTECH VALVES PRIVATE LIMITED are guaranteed against manufacturing, mechanical, casting, and material defects.

Guarantee Period: Coverage remains valid for 18 months from the date of dispatch OR 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.

Quality Assurance & Independence: In-process and final testing are conducted by an independent Quality Assurance Inspector reporting directly to executive management, ensuring unbiased compliance with API, ASME, BS, and DIN standards.

Remedy under Guarantee: In the event of a verified manufacturing or operational defect during the warranty period, the company will, upon technical review, repair or supply replacement valves/components free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to normal operational wear and tear of soft seats (PTFE, EPDM, Nitrile), damage caused by line debris, excessive pipeline strain, unauthorized field tampering, or operation outside specified pressure-temperature charts.
