Shipping, Export, & Delivery Policy

Order Lead Times:

Standard In-Stock Valves: Dispatched within 2 to 5 business days upon payment confirmation or agreed commercial terms.

Engineered, Custom-Cast & Actuator-Fitted Valves: Dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks depending on casting schedules, pressure calibrations, hydro-shell testing, and third-party inspection clearances.

Quality Documentation with Consignment: Every dispatched consignment is accompanied by a Tax Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan, Calibration/Inspection Reports, and the official Internal Test & Guarantee Certificate with valve serial numbers.

Domestic Transport (India): Shipments from our manufacturing and logistics base in Thane/Mumbai (Maharashtra) are transported via registered road cargo lines, surface freight, or express transport on a “To-Pay” or “Prepaid” basis as agreed in the Purchase Order.

Export Logistics & Compliance: International dispatches are executed under DGFT Export License (IEC: AAGCF4824L) and CE European compliance, shipped via Sea (FCL/LCL) or Air Freight under standard Incoterms (Ex-Works, FOB, CFR, CIF).

Receipt Inspection: Consignments are packed in heavy-duty seaworthy wooden crates or corrugated boxes. Consignees are required to verify external seal and crate integrity before signing delivery receipts.
