All commercial engagements and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Engineering Codes & Manufacturing Standards: All industrial valves (including Ball, Butterfly, Gate, Globe, Check, Safety Relief, and Automated Actuator-Operated Control Valves) are manufactured under certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and CE Directives. Products conform to applicable API (API 527, API 6D, API 607/6FA), ASME, ASTM, BS, and DIN standards as specified in the approved purchase order.
Third-Party Inspection (TPI): Fluidtech Valves supports customer-deputed pre-dispatch inspections by accredited Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies (such as TUV, BVQI, SGS, DNV, Lloyd’s, EIL, or CEIL). Inspection charges and TPI coordination parameters must be formalized prior to issuing the production Work Order (W.O.).
Material Quality & Traceability: Only materials passing incoming chemical, physical, and metallurgical quality inspections are utilized in production. Co-relating raw Material Test Certificates (MTC) and individual Valve Serial Numbers are archived and provided with deliveries for full audit traceability.
Quotations, Taxes & Invoicing: All catalog prices and proforma quotations are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders or designated foreign currencies (USD/EUR) for export contracts. Quoted prices exclude GST (GSTIN: 27AAGCF4824L1ZC), local entry taxes, customs duties, insurance, and freight unless explicitly structured within a written contract.
Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for system outages, downtime, or consequential damages resulting from improper valve installation, pipeline hammer, fluid cavitation, media incompatibility, or exceeding designated pressure/temperature thresholds.
