Pipeline Strainer SF Series basket filter (SF filter for short) is the necessary equipment on the pipeline, as the safe-guard filter, removes large contaminant particles and protect key equipment such as pumps, nozzles, heat exchangers, and valves. It can obviously extend the service life of key equipment, improve operational efficiency and avoid the risk of costly system downtime. SF filter also works well as the direct large particle filter. The metal filter basket is reusable by cleaning and costs fewer filter media consumption. The Dura SEP and Per SEP filter baskets specially designed for SF filter are durable and highly reliable. SF Filter can be installed onto pipelines from 1 to 48 inches. The standard design pressure is 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa. Higher custom-made design pressure is available. SF filter has 4 sub-series: S series, M series, Z series and L series, different series for various specific applications. S series has single-basket structure, suitable for most of all application at low flowrate, its inlet and outlet layout is flexible; M series has multi-basket structure, which is suitable for high flowrate filtration. It has advantages of compact structure, large filter area, flexible nozzle layout design and convenient to replace and clean the basket; Z series has single-basket structure, the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal centerline, which requires no elbow pipe Socket; L series has single-basket structure, horizontal installation, and operation, and is easy to drain remaining liquid in housing.
